Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank can not hold you liable for
more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable
for any of this $50.00, Centsible Software will cover the entire liability
for you, up to the full $50.00. Centsible Software will only cover this
liability if the authorized use of your credit card resulted through no
fault of your own from purchases made at Centsible Software while using
the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card,
you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting
rules and procedures. |

A Most of our used software comes from professional software
reviewers, Our New software comes from company buyouts.
Q Why do some of your software titles have FCFS as a stock number?
A FCFS is an acronym that stands for First Come First Serve.
It means that the item is available in limited quantity- usually 1
or 2.
Q Why does it take so long to view items after doing a keyword
search?
A Please remember that our database contains several thousand
titles, some
searches can take 60 Seconds or longer.
Q Do you have a Print Catalog?

All products are guaranteed to work correctly for 15 days from the
date of purchase. Defective products must be returned within 19 days of
the sale date and be in resalable condition. All original packing materials,
accessories and warranty cards that were in the package must be included.
All defective items
returned may be exchanged for the same only. If the item is not available
we will issue a credit. All non defective returns or exchanges are subject
to a 35% restocking fee and additional shipping fees. These policies supersede
any policies printed on any of our literature and are in effect for purchases
made after 4/25/98. Shipping costs are not refundable. |

Centsible Software began serving the public in 1981 by renting Amiga and
C64 Software. In 1986, after the Federal Government made software renting
illegal, we stopped renting software and began selling our inventory of
used software. To replenish our software inventory we began purchasing
used and new software, as well as hardware, from individuals. In 1996 we
began buying company inventories, including discontinued items, closeouts,
and hard to find software and hardware items. To date we have purchased
the complete inventories of approx. 30 companies, and have the world's
largest selection of Commodore 64 and Amiga software. We also own the copyrights
to several software titles, most notably, Maverick Copier and Freespirit
Drive Alignment Software. Our inventory is constantly changing so check
our inventory listings regularly.
Domestic Shipping (USA)
Due to reliability and other factors we ship all US packages using
USPS Priority Mail.
The shipping price quoted on the
shopping cart page is the computers best estimate of the cost to ship
your package. We provide USPS tracking numbers only when your
package is considered late.
Most domestic packages will arrive in
3 to 6 days. For other USPS shipping information check out their web
page. USPS International
Shipping We ship all International packages via
USPS air, surface, or priority. The shipping price quoted on the
shopping cart page is the computers best estimate of the cost to ship
your package. We do not purchase insurance on packages that contain
items with a purchase value of less than $100. unless you request that
